The Revolabs RF-Armored Tabletop Omni-directional Microphone can completely recharge in two hours, and you can also use an AC adapter accessory, which can eliminate the need to return the unit to a charger. The omni-directional microphone picks up sound from a 360° area around the microphone, whereas a uni-directional microphone picks up the sounds in front of the microphone (+/- 45°).
