Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are based on the item(s) in your order.
To calculate the shipping rates for your order, add all desired items to your shopping cart. On the shopping cart page, click Estimate Shipping Cost. Fill out the information, then the site will give you a full list of shipping options and rates from all carriers. Free shipping does not apply to residences.

International Shipping
Video Conferencing Supply does not ship to addresses outside the US.
Shipping Security
We take our responsibility to deliver authentic video conferencing equipment to the correct address very seriously. This is why we require a signature upon delivery for all orders. To prevent fraud, we may hold an order until we can verify the address. In this case, and with any other billing issue that arises, orders may be delayed.
