A bit of fine print: Tech Support applies to a single product purchased from Video Conferencing Supply, and to no other product or system. It entitles you to 1 (one) session with an expert video conferencing engineer. The session lasts up to 30 (thirty) minutes, and cannot be extended across multiple sessions. Our expert will get in touch with you within 1 (one) business day of purchase. Our business hours are 8am to 5pm, Central Standard Time, Monday to Friday, Holidays Excluded. We only provide Tech Support for US addresses.
